2.3 Restriction on Retail Consumers
Retail end-consumers purchasing for personal consumption are not intended users of this Website.
2.4 Commercial Nature of Transactions
All transactions conducted on the Website shall be treated as commercial wholesale transactions under prevailing Indian trade practices.

3.2 GST Requirement
GSTIN shall be mandatory for every individual order above ₹49,999/- or wherever applicable under Indian tax laws.

The Company reserves the right to verify, approve, suspend, reject, or terminate any account containing false, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information.
- ORDER PLACEMENT & PAYMENT POLICY
4.1 Order Placement
Orders shall be placed through the online ordering/cart system available on kcdmart.com.
4.2 Order Verification Buffer
After finalization of the order from the user end, a reasonable verification time shall be considered during which the Company/admin shall verify order details, stock availability, pricing, packing, transport feasibility, and operational requirements.
Only after such confirmation shall the Customer proceed to payment.
4.3 Payment Confirmation
Orders shall be treated as confirmed only after successful receipt of payment by the Company.
4.4 Dispatch Timeline
Goods are generally dispatched within 2 to 7 working days, subject to stock availability, operational feasibility, holidays, and transport conditions.
4.5 Credit Facility
No credit facility shall be provided unless specifically approved in writing by the Company.
4.6 Self Pickup / Ex-Godown Orders
Customers opting for self-delivery/self-pickup shall collect goods within the stipulated time communicated by the Company.
- DISCOUNT POLICY
5.1 Subsequent Purchase Discount
A discount coupon equivalent to 1% of the invoice amount before tax may be applicable on every eligible subsequent purchase.
5.2 Minimum Invoice Value
The discount shall apply only on purchases having a minimum invoice amount of ₹49,999/- inclusive of applicable taxes.
5.3 Self Delivery / Ex-Godown Discount
For every self-delivery/self-pickup order weighing 50 kilograms or above, a flat discount of Re.1/- per kilogram may be applicable.
5.4 COOKEY Sachet Discount
For COOKEY sachet products collected through self-delivery/self-pickup, the applicable discount amount may be ₹3/- per 60 pieces.
5.5 Additional Promotional Coupons & Offers
The Company reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offers, cashback schemes, rebates, coupons, or discounts at any time without prior notice.
5.6 Modification Rights
The Company reserves absolute rights to modify, suspend, withdraw, discontinue, revise, or alter any discount structure, slab, eligibility condition, or promotional scheme at any time without prior notice.
- DELIVERY & TRANSPORT POLICY
6.1 Minimum Quantity for Free Delivery
Minimum order quantity for free delivery shall be:
50 kilograms net weight and its multiples per parcel of goods.
Orders below 50 kilograms per parcel may attract additional transportation charges.
6.2 Transportation Charges
Transportation charges of ₹75/- or such revised amount as determined by the Company may be additionally applicable per parcel of goods under 50 kilograms.
6.3 COOKEY Product Delivery Conditions
For COOKEY branded products, minimum order quantity for free delivery shall be:
30 kilograms net for pouch products; or
1200 pieces net for sachet products, and its respective multiples.
Orders below such limits may attract additional transportation charges of ₹75/- or revised applicable charges per parcel.
6.4 Combined Orders Exception
The special COOKEY delivery conditions under Clause 6.3 shall not apply where COOKEY products are purchased together with other goods and the Customer fulfills the general free delivery terms mentioned under Clause 6.1.
6.5 Transporter Details for Delivery of Goods crossing Rs. 49,999.00/-
For delivery of Goods crossing Rs. 49,999.00/-(Gross Value) through transporter, Customers shall provide the following transporter details wherever required:

Address
GSTIN
Vehicle Number
Contact Number
6.6 E-Way Bill Responsibility
For invoices requiring E-Way Bill compliance, Customers shall provide all necessary transporter and vehicle details in a timely manner.
The Company shall not be liable for any delay, detention, penalty, or legal consequence arising due to incomplete or incorrect transporter information.
6.7 Delivery Delays
Dispatch and delivery timelines are indicative only and may be affected by:
Natural calamities
Floods
Political disturbances
Transport restrictions
Vehicle shortages
Government restrictions
Lockdowns
Public holidays
Technical failures
Force majeure events
Other unforeseen operational circumstances
The Company shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
6.8 Future Modification Rights
The Company reserves the unrestricted right to revise, modify, alter, suspend, discontinue, or replace any delivery, transportation, dispatch, logistics, or freight-related condition at any time without prior notice.

Bibhuti Bhusan Dutta (Spice) Trading Company may qualify for replacement solely in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
8.3 Exclusions
No return, refund, replacement, or exchange shall apply where damage or deterioration occurs due to:

Improper storage
Moisture
Infestation
Delay in lifting goods
Mishandling
Natural deterioration of commodities
- LOOSE / NON-PACKED COMMODITIES
Loose commodities supplied without manufacturing or expiry labeling shall be treated as sold under prevailing Indian wholesale trade practices.
The Company shall not be responsible for spoilage, infestation, fungus, oxidation, odor change, moisture damage, or natural degradation after delivery or pickup.
- ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to reject, suspend, cancel, or refuse any order or Customer account at any stage, including after payment, subject to reasonable refund processing wherever applicable.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
