By accessing or using kcdmart.com, you (“Customer”, “User”, “Purchaser”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

2. NATURE OF BUSINESS
2.1 kcdmart.com is a B2B wholesale e-commerce platform dealing in:
- -Spices
- -Groceries
- -Food commodities
- -COOKME branded products
- -COOKEY branded products
- -Other consumables used by retailers and institutions
2.2 The Website caters to:
Kirana traders, grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, caterers, institutions, and other commercial buyers.
2.3 Products are sold strictly under commercial trading norms. No certification regarding:
- -quality
- -purity
- -grade
- -shelf life
- -nature of commodity
is provided unless the product is manufactured or repacked by either of the two Companies.
3. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
3.1 To register on kcdmart.com, Customers must provide:
- -Valid PAN (Mandatory)
- -GST Number (Mandatory for purchases above ₹49,999)
- -Business details
- -Contact details
3.2 By registering, the Customer certifies that submitted information is accurate and lawful.
4. ORDER PLACEMENT & PAYMENT POLICY
4.1 All orders must be placed through kcdmart.com using the online cart system.
4.2 Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
4.3 No credit system is offered unless specifically granted by the Company in writing.
4.4 If a Customer chooses self-delivery, he must collect the goods within 3 days after packaging completion. Failure to do so may attract storage/handling charges.
5. DISCOUNT POLICY (1% SERIAL DISCOUNT)
5.1 A 1% discount (before GST) applies to the first order.
5.2 The discount is redeemable only in the next order, provided the next order value is not less than the previous order value.
5.3 The serial discount continues only when each subsequent purchase equals or exceeds the immediately preceding purchase amount.
5.4 If any order is of lower value, the discount for that cycle becomes invalid.
6. DELIVERY POLICY
6.1 Free delivery is available only when each parcel is 50 kg or a multiple of 50 kg.
6.2 Parcels weighing below 50 kg will attract delivery charges applicable only to those specific parcels.
6.3 Self-pickup from the Company Outlet is free of delivery charges.
6.4 Delivery timeline:
– Minimum: 3 working days
– Maximum: 10 working days
6.5 Deliveries may be delayed due to:
– Natural calamities
– Strikes, bandhs, or political disturbances
– Transport restrictions
– Vehicle shortages
– Government orders
– Lockdowns
– Public holidays
– Unforeseen operational disruptions
The Company is not liable for such delays.
7. E-WAY BILL COMPLIANCE
7.1 For invoices valued at ₹50,000 or above, Customers must provide:
– Transporter’s name
– Transporter’s contact number
– Transporter’s address
– Transporter’s GST Number
– Vehicle number (for completing Part B)
7.2 If such details are not provided, the Company will generate only Part A of the E-Way Bill.
Part B shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer/Transporter.
7.3 The Company is not responsible for any penalties, delays, or complications arising from incomplete E-Way Bills.
8. COOKEY PRODUCT DELIVERY CONDITIONS
To qualify for free delivery on COOKEY products:
- -Purchase minimum 25 kg (for KG items), or
- -Minimum 1200 pieces (for piece-based items).
9. NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE POLICY
9.1 kcdmart.com follows a strict NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy.
9.2 Only products manufactured or repacked by:
– Krishna Chandra Dutta (Marketing) Pvt. Ltd., or
– Bibhuti Bhusan Dutta (Spice) Trading Company
may be replaced only if genuine manufacturing defects are proven.
9.3 No replacement or refund will be provided if:
– Products are damaged during transportation arranged by the Customer
– Goods deteriorate due to natural characteristics of commodities
– Goods degrade after delivery due to storage issues
10. LOOSE / NON-PACKED COMMODITIES
10.1 Loose commodities sold without expiry/manufacturing details are supplied as per standard Indian trading practices.
10.2 The Company does not assume responsibility for any:
– spoilage
– infestation
– moisture damage
– degradation
– natural deterioration
after delivery or self-pickup.
11. ORDER CANCELLATION BY COMPANY
11.1 The Company reserves full discretion to:
– Cancel orders
– Reject Customers
– Stop processing an order
even after payment has been made.
11.2 In such cases, refunds will be made following direct communication with the Customer.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 The Company shall not be liable for:
– Indirect or consequential damages
– Loss of business or profits
– Delays beyond control
– Quality disputes for non-company-manufactured items
– Damage caused by Customer-appointed transporters
12.2 All purchases from kcdmart.com are made entirely at the Customer’s own risk and discretion.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
13.1 All Website content, including the name kcdmart.com, layout, graphics, the brand COOKEY, and product images are legally protected. kcdmart.com is an online platform that lists and sells various products, including Cookme branded products and other third-party brands.We do not claim ownership over trademarks, brand names, product photos, descriptions, or intellectual property belonging to Cookme or any other brand.
All brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and sales purposes.
13.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written authorization.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

All grievances, issues, and communication must be addressed (within 48 hours of receiving delivery) to:

16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using kcdmart.com, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of kcdmart.com constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
